Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Capitol Reef Farmers' Market! Every market day is a wonderful gathering where you can experience the best our region has to offer, connect with our vibrant community, and personally get to know the folks who produce your food. We can't wait to see you there!

You must read the Market Guidelines before completing the application. Your application will NOT be reviewed unless you have signed that you have read and agreed to abide by the guidelines.

If your application is accepted, your business contact information, product availability, and logo will be displayed on our website. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and suitable.

For new vendors wishing to join the market mid-season, we kindly ask that you submit your application at least 14 business days before the next market you wish to join. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if more lead time is not possible. For food vendors operating under H.B. 181, we require at least 10 business days to review your application and food labels before being approved. Licensed food vendors and non-food vendors must submit their application within no less than 3 business days before a market. This provides the Market Committee fair and adequate time to accommodate and integrate all new vendors in accordance with Utah state regulations.

capitolreeffarmersmarket @ gmail.com. Applicants will be informed of their application status (accepted, wait listed, pending, or declined) via email within 7-10 business days of the application being submitted.
